1. Who we are

AgeExactly operates the website at ageexactly.com. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@srluri.ro.

2. Information you enter into the calculator

The standard age calculation runs in your browser. Your date of birth and calculated results are not sent to an AgeExactly database, saved in cookies or local storage, added to the page URL, or included in analytics events.

If you choose to use Birth Insights, your birth date, birth time, selected birthplace, coordinates, timezone, and calculated results remain in temporary browser memory. The birthplace search uses a city dataset included with AgeExactly and does not contact an external geocoding provider. These values disappear when you close or reload the page.

3. Website analytics and performance measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, such as page views, referring websites, broad geographic region, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or collect personal identifiers that track a visitor across websites. AgeExactly does not send calculator inputs through custom analytics events.

We also use Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-user performance metrics such as page loading, visual stability, and interaction responsiveness. Calculator inputs are not included in those performance measurements.

4. Advertising

AgeExactly uses Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, page activity, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and interactions with ads. Depending on your location and consent choices, this information may be used to deliver, limit, personalize, secure, and measure advertising.

Third parties may place or read cookies in your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies as a result of advertising on this website. AgeExactly does not send your birth date, birth time, birthplace, or calculated results to Google AdSense.

5. Cookies and consent choices

The calculator itself does not need cookies. Advertising and consent-management services may use cookies or similar storage. Where required, a consent message allows you to make choices about advertising purposes and vendors. Details are available in our Cookie Policy.

6. Hosting and technical logs

AgeExactly is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosting providers, Vercel may process request information needed to deliver and secure the website, including IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and diagnostic or security data. This processing is separate from the calculator's temporary in-browser state.

7. Why information is processed

• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse.

Depending on applicable law, processing may rely on consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or compliance with legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn through the available consent controls without affecting processing that occurred beforehand.

8. Sharing and international processing

We do not sell your calculator inputs. Information described above may be processed by Vercel, Google, consent-management providers, and advertising technology providers according to their roles and policies. These providers may process information in countries other than your own and use legally recognized transfer safeguards where required.

9. Retention

AgeExactly does not retain calculator inputs. Analytics, advertising, consent, hosting, and security information is retained by the relevant provider according to its settings, purposes, and retention policies.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact contact@srluri.ro to make a request. We may need enough information to verify and respond to it.

11. Children's privacy

AgeExactly is a general-audience utility and is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly ask users to create accounts or provide contact details. Parents and guardians should supervise a child's use of online services and advertising controls.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
